Several people have contacted me regarding the fairness of
Using unique pageviews as opposed to using unique visitors

Basically,
Participants were getting a higher rank by clicking lots of pages,
Rather than actually referring more people.

Also, the gateway did not work when counting pageviews instead of visitors; because the loading of any page (including the gateway) increased points.

Edit: Third issue, everyone’s referral code was not working.
