Jay was wonderful at reviewing applications.

But, I still ended up reviewing the applications for myself as well.
(Curse my controlling nature!)

So, I decided to go ahead and continue to do the reviewing myself.
Rather than creating “double work”.

To tell me when they’re moving on.
Those that just leave prove to be rather annoying cowards.
